Pulszo is a business-to-business (B2B) software platform. Our customers are organizations—Internet Service Providers, Managed Service Providers, and Enterprises—not individual consumers. This Privacy Policy explains how Pulszo Technologies ("Pulszo," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website at https://pulszo.com and our AI-powered NOC, SLA Intelligence, and network operations platform (the "Services").
We handle information in a manner consistent with global privacy best practices. Where we process information on behalf of a customer, that customer’s own privacy notice and agreement with us govern, and requests should generally be directed to that customer.
02Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information—name, business email, company, and role.
- Usage data—features used, session duration, and platform activity.
- Network telemetry—operational data processed on behalf of a customer; we do not own this data.
- Support communications—the content of your requests and our correspondence with you.
- Billing information—handled through our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Standard web data—IP address, browser type, cookies, and server logs.
03Information We Do Not Collect
Pulszo does not collect:
- End-user personal data from customer networks.
- Data from children—the platform is not intended for anyone under 18.
- Advertising or behavioral profiles.
- Sensitive personal data categories, unless a customer is contractually required to provide them for an agreed, lawful use case.
04How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Deliver and improve the platform.
- Provide customer support.
- Maintain security and prevent fraud.
- Manage billing and accounts.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- Generate AI-powered analytics—insights produced for the customer only, not to train shared or public models.
05Customer Data Ownership
Network telemetry, operational data, and any data uploaded to Pulszo by a customer remains the property of that customer. Pulszo processes this data solely to deliver the contracted service. We do not sell, share, license, or monetize customer data in any form.
06AI Processing
Pulszo uses AI models to generate operational insights from network data provided by customers. These insights assist customer decision-making and do not replace professional judgment. Customers remain responsible for all operational and business decisions. Pulszo does not use customer network telemetry to train shared or public AI models without explicit written authorization from the customer.
07Cookies and Tracking
We use only essential and functional cookies:
- Session management and security cookies.
- Functional cookies that remember your preferences.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; some functionality may be affected as a result.
08How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services:
- Infrastructure and cloud providers (such as AWS, GCP, or similar) that host and run the platform.
- Payment processors, for billing purposes only.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by court order or a lawful law-enforcement request.
Pulszo does not sell personal information. Pulszo does not monetize customer data. Pulszo does not share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.
09Data Security
We protect information using measures appropriate to the risk, including:
- TLS encryption in transit.
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data.
- Role-based access controls.
- Audit logging of administrative actions.
- Regular security reviews.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

10Data Retention
We retain information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account data—for the active period plus 90 days after termination.
- Network telemetry—per the applicable customer agreement.
- Logs—12 months as standard.
- Backup data—on a 90-day rolling window.
11Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Request a portable export of your account data.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

12International Transfers
Pulszo operates from India and may use infrastructure providers with a global presence. Information may therefore be processed outside the country in which it was collected. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any cross-border data transfers, consistent with applicable law.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
